Breakfast! Next to the bed, breakfast is the second most important part of your stay. We happily offer alternatives to guests with special needs. Coffee and juice are available in our hospitality area at 7:30 a.m. Breakfast is brought to your room at 9 a.m.
At the Hanson House, we bring breakfast to you. We realize that every moment together is important. No need get "ready" to meet the other guests. Just enjoy a relaxing morning together. You may also request breakfast in the dinning room, or al fresco on the front porch.
Need a special diet?
We can help you enjoy your visit to our inn and stay on track: low cholesterol, low carb, low fat, lactose free, vegetarian, gluten free, weight watchers or whatever else you require. Just ask! (Celiac diet friendly.)
Full Breakfast: Friday, Saturday or Holiday eve reservations.
We will deliver to your room a gourmet, multi-course breakfast. You’ll enjoy a fruit course, a home made baked item, and a hearty entrée. Some of our entrees are filled with the flavors and textures of the Balkans.
A sample full breakfast might include in season fresh fruit and orange-currant scones. Your entrée could be a broccoli cheese tart with chicken sausage with spinach and asiago cheese. A side spring salad with an English muffin round out this dish. We also go over what's for breakfast in case there is something you'd rather not have. We can always substitute items.
Continental Plus: Sunday-Thursday night reservations.
Enjoy a Continental Plus breakfast in the Inn's dinning room. Our bountiful buffet includes the the Inn's signature granola, our fresh baked bread, savory quiche and fresh home made sweet treat. Guests enjoy getting their cold items from our antique icebox.
Just Coffee: Discount $15 per room night.
In a hurry? Not a big breakfast eater? On a budget? On a diet?
For guests looking for a lighter option, this includes just coffee or tea, and juice. Just Coffee allows guests the opportunity to remain true to the principles of eco-friendly travel by using only what they need.
Historic "Chris' Curve Cafe"
If you need get on the road early, or just plain like diners, we can ensure you get a hot breakfast. You'll receive a $20 gift card for breakfast at our historic local diner. Less than a 1/2 mile from the inn, a very nice walk when the weather is nice — and a 1 minute car ride when it's not. Chris and Ron will treat you right.
